And he instructed that the said project shall be presented to the Higher Commission of Development of Makka Al Mukaramah Area and finalize other necessary studies and plans for the project and other projects which intended to be carried out by Al Shamiah Construction Development Company.</span></div>
<div style="MARGIN: 12pt 0in 0pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">Prince Khalid has emphasized that to show and bring out the unique identity of Makka Al Mukaramah and to be as example of Islamic contemporary city.</span></div>
<div style="MARGIN: 12pt 0in 0pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">That was occurred during Prince Khalid received in his office yesterday, the technical team of the project, where he has been briefed by the initial studies and plans of the project of Development of North Core of Holy Haram in Makka Al Mukaramh, which prepared by Al Shamiah Construction Development Company in cooperation with engineering design office &ldquo; Aoumranioun Office&rdquo;.</span></div>
<div style="MARGIN: 12pt 0in 0pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">The study of the foresaid project offers new ideas for increase of traffic movement from and to Holy Haram in Makka from the Al Madinah Street.</span></div>
<div style="MARGIN: 12pt 0in 0pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">On the other hand, Engineer Esam Kalthoum, the Executive Director of Al Shamiah Construction Development Company, reported that: the project of Development of North Core of Holy Haram in Makka Al Mukaramh will present ambitious and practical vision, through guideline master plan combining the components of re-development and upgrading of construction. He added that, the total project area around 2.5 million square maters, extend from the edges of Holy Haram up to beyond the second round street from the north side an up to street of Holy Mosque from eastern side and up to Ka&rsquo;aba Hill Street from western side, the project components include number of hotels, residential buildings, commercial malls, public facilities besides, the permanent housing for the area inhabitants. This project provides additional capacity for prayers estimated with around two hundred thousand prayers.</span></div>

The new company contract has been signed off recently in Riyadh, the contract is signed by Shiek Khalid Bin Saqar Bin Zayid Al Nahian, Chairman of Board of Directors of Tamweel and Mr. Sulieman Al Muhadib Chairman of Board of Directors of Al Oula Company, at the presence of Mr. Ayid Al Qahtani, Managing Director of Al Oula Company and Mr. Al Shirawi the Executive President of Tamwel. Shiek Khalid Bin Saqar Bin Zayid Al Nahian, Chairman of Board of Directors of Tamweel reported that when Tamwee Company intended to expand, KSA selected to be the first station for us. Added that the partnership with Al Oula Company has been built on uniqueness of Al Oula Company in KSA through its investment activities in the previous years, its outstanding performance, besides, Al Oula from pioneer companies entered into the UAE market. He added that Al Oula have long term perspective that encourage Tamwel to engage in partnership with Al Oula, in order to enter into the Saudi market through real estate funding company. He confirmed that Tamweel is targeting to be the biggest financing company in KSA for real estate, as happen within 3 years Tamweel became company number one n real estate funding in UAE.</span></div>

After the event of execution Mr. Aiyd Al Qahtani declared &ldquo; the first projects of the new company will be construction of Al-Oula Twower Project of total area of 40.000m2, with total estimated cost of one Billion SR, will be located at Cornish of Khobar.&rdquo; He added, &ldquo; The Company is intend to construct this new tower to form distinguished unique mark in the eastern area and particularly in the commercial center of Khobar city.</span></div>
<div style="LINE-HEIGHT: 13pt" align="left"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">Al Qahtani explained, &ldquo; the project will include 60-floor tower, part of it allocated to be five-start hotel and the other part will commercial offices varied in areas, where the other portions of the tower will include commercial mall for famous commercial and international trademarks all under one roof, besides, to restaurants, matching with spirit of commercial center and located on the sea beach, will be first time in Khobar city.</span></div>
