Al Qahtani: We are waiting for declaration of Constructional Scope of Cities to launch
New Projects.

The President and Managing Director of Al Oula Company Mr. Ayid Al Qahtani demanded the concerned authorities to hurry in declaring the new constructional scope for cities to enable the developer companies and establishments to define their activities and projects base on the said vision of scope of expansion of these cities.
Mr. Ayid Al Qahtani explained who present the speech of the participants in Saudi First International Conference for Real Estate “ many of real estate concerning entities and developers of companies are waiting for declaration of new constructional scope for cities, which expected to announced in this year.” Added the “ companies will work to develop projects of overhead infrastructure aiming to minimize the residential gap, which started to form worry particularly under circumstances of supply reduction of real estate products and increase of demand remarkably, due to high population growth rate achieve in KSA.
He explained that the declaration of new constructional scope for cities strategy will create qualitative shift in cities development under the economical growth witnessed the KSA, along with quick civil shift cities have been grown rapidly exceeded all expectations and limits. He pointed that “ will help investors to offer real estate products with reasonable low prices and provide of modern services to make affordable houses available.
On the other side and on behalf of deputy of Custody of Two Holy Mosques His Royal Highness Prince Sultan Bin Abdulaziz, Dr. Hashim Yamani has honored Al Oula Company for its contribution in support of Saudi First International Conference for Real Estate, and Mr. Al Qahtani received the honor medal from the Minister Dr. Yamni.
Mr. Al Qahtani presented a work paper highlighted the experience of Al Oula company in development of big projects in KSA, in which the company used new strategies and work tools, the company formed new policy and strategy helped in upgrading of real estate industry in KSA. Besides, the company attracted international investments for the local markets which be considered as new initiative among the real estate Saudi companies. Furthermore, the company made strategic partnerships and allies helped to develop giant projects in ME region. And Mr. Al Qahtani reported also in his work paper “ Al Oula Company will launch number of projects in the coming period in many of Saudi cities, shall result in activating of real estate movement under expected rise in real estate activity during this year.”
