Recognizing the Efforts and Projects of Al-Oula Prince Jalawi Visits Hay Al-Salam Project in Al-Khafaji
His Highness Prince Jalawi bin Abdul Aziz bin Mousaed, assistant to the vice-governor of the eastern region, visited Hay Al-Salam new project in Al-Khafaji undertaken by Al-Oula Development, and he was accompanied by officials and journalists in the eastern region.
His Highness was received by Mr. Ibrahim Al-Assaf, executive vice-president of Al-Oula Development, and he accompanied His Highness in a tour where he learnt about the motifs of the project and the services provided by Al-Oula to the new city. His Highness the Prince recognized the level of services and the development works existing in the city and praised the efforts of Al-Oula and its contribution in the real estate domain in general.
Noting that Hay Al-Salam project in Al-Khafaji is considered the first integral residential quarter in Al-Khafaji district and was developed as per the best international standards; its area approaches two million square meters, in addition to the integral structural and services system provided to the project through the successful collaboration between Al-Oula Development and Asas and Arbah Company.
It has more than 1500 residential and commercial units with areas ranging between 500 and 1000 square meters, in addition to markets and main utilities, all nearing Al-Khafaji city that is expecting investments exceeding 5 billion riyals.
