While Al-Oula was a mere idea in our vision, the connotation of its name became synonymous with a dream we had always endeavored to achieve.
After years of work and planning during which Al-Oula Company pioneered in the field of real estate development, its name became an indication of a reality lived and experienced by the Company in all its projects. This confirms that it is indeed the number one company in the field of real estate development in the Kingdom and that “a dream planned in a conscious thinking is worthy of success.”
By virtue of God’s grace, the path goes on and Al-Oula Company strengthens its pioneering position through the ideas and efforts of its investors and partners, who are working as one family, day in day out, to fulfill new achievements to be proud of as long as we shall live!
May it be an exemplary to the emerging national companies operating in the real estate field. This sector that we long considered the strategic sector is that supports the economy of our beloved kingdom.
Due to our effort in holding on to a continuous development, a calculated planning, and an innovated marketing, which were the basic pillars in the work flow of Al-Oula Company during the past years, here we are standing firmly, driven by a strong will and a profound faith that the success of any company is neither coincidental nor related to luck, but it is based on hard work and a perspicacious vision to determine the objectives on one hand, and on patience and devotion to achieve the set objectives on the other hand.
The effects of the real estate achievements and projects were very remarkable, and yet this did neither attenuate our momentum nor narrowed our dreams. On the contrary, the outcomes pushed us to keep on dreaming in quest for wider horizons while adopting the same methodology and preserving our heritage of singularity and pioneering.
