Biggest Real Estate Project in Northern Borders Region Launched by Al Oula

Al Oula Company for Development announced of launching of Mubarakya project, one of its biggest projects in Arar city, northern part of the country. The Managing Director & CEO of Al Oula Mr. Ayid Al Qahtani reported “ the project area exceeds 1.8 million square meter, and included residential area around one million square meter and the company increased the percentage of land allocated for services and roads” the project was one of the projects opened by Custodian of two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz during his recent visit to Northern Borders Region and included projects in Arar city.

Mr. Al Qahtani indicated “ Al Mubarakya project has received a great honor after the visit of Custodian of two Holy Mosques to the project wing which is one of the development projects in Arar city, such visit ensure the consolidation of leaders and national investors of this country” and Mr. Al Qahtani added “the number of lots in the project reach 1667 divided into three communities and of area of each lot range from 430 sq m to 1300 sq m and the overall average for lots range from 600 and 650 sq m for a lot.
