JEDDAH GATE

LOCATION:

This project is located at the eastern side of Jeddah down town near to King Abdulaziz University on the

circular road on a 538,073 m² land area.

 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Jeddah Gate project is considered as Jeddah new commercial center because of its strategic location. At

present, Jeddah Municipality put the new modern design criteria in a manner to conform to the new role of

that area. Construction of the permanent exhibition has been completed at that location.

The project was launched in Nov 2007 during which the sale of first phase comprising of Al Helal towers

(residential apartments) has been started on off plan bases.

 

PROGECT PROGRESS:

• Whole project development progress is 45% till Feb 09.

• Development of 65% of Utilities and Infrastructure works.

• Development of 80% of site E3.

• Development of sites 8,9& 10 is yet to start.

• Construction 25% progressed at site E4 and at Infra site 1.
