Emaar Middle East “EME”

The Company:

Emaar Middle East LLC (“EME”) is a joint venture company between Emaar

Properties and Al Oula Real Estate Development. EME was incorporated in Dubai

on March 2005. EME is beneficially owned as follows:

 

(a) Emaar Properties PJSC 61%

(b) Al Oula Development. 39%

 

The projected investment for EME in Saudi Arabia stands at around SAR 10

billion over a period of 5 years. The return on projects is expected to be in the

range of 15 to 20 percent.
