Importance of the Exhibition:
Cityscape is considered one of the biggest real estate events, conferences and exhibitions on the level of the Middle East whereas it witnessed a massive real estate presence by the biggest real estate companies in the Middle East in addition to the participation of foreign companies.
The exhibition has witnessed a number of workshops and lectures held by a group of specialists about the real estate sector in the Gulf region and its future in the light of the economic growth in the region in addition to the lectures specialized in the real estate development aspects, real estate financing and the projects proposed for the next phase.
The abovementioned round of exhibitions has witnessed the participation of 50 of the Arab and international elite companies. Moreover, the conference accompanying the exhibition has hosted more than 70 international and regional real estate lecturers, in addition to a number of international architects and famous designers who presented their studies and the best experiences and results they have obtained.
Goal and Fruits of the Participation:
Al-Oula’s participation in Cityscape 2004 has opened a door for the negotiation with international real estate specialists. Moreover, Al-Oula has proposed Al-Nakheel Project located in the heart of the city of Jeddah in the western part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which allows the appropriation of plots of land in the center of Jeddah.
Through this participation, the company has aimed at pointing out its role in the development of this region considered one of the best investment regions in Jeddah in addition to the other completed projects.
Al-Oula has proposed innovative mechanisms and ideas to improve the real estate investment to the local, regional and international levels whereas it seeks after presenting a studied, clear and modern vision of the future of real estate investments reflected in Al-Oula development projects and the projects it will launch successively in the future.
