Objectives and Results of the Participation:
The first participation in the real estate Cityscape summit emerged within the framework of Al-Oula Development plan for regional spread. The participation was important and it was revealed through the Company’s stands at the exhibition and its presentation of special investment projects, most importantly Al-Oula Towers projet, El-Zumurd Projects, and Ajyal project, in addition to the organization of several workshops and the participation in the seminars held at the margin of the exhibition, plus the allocation by the company of 20 million Saudi riyals for the purposes of scientific research in the real estate domain.
Therefore, Al-Oula achieved more than one objective at the same time. It participated in the exhibition and exposed its achievements to the Gulf investors and the projects underway in the real estate market in the kingdom on one hand, and at the same time, it contributed in presenting its initiatives and visions for the development of the market, confirming that its interference in the real estate market has national objectives in addition to the financial investment aspects, including the allocation of twenty million Saudi riyals to serve the purposes of scientific research. It also offers souvenirs to the designers, aiming through this initiative to support the real estate sector in the kingdom and in the Gulf region in general.
