Bawwabat Al Sharq

LOCATION:

Bawwabat Al Sharq project is located at the western side of Dammam city on King Fahd

road which leads to King Fahad International Airport constituting the western gate of

Dammam.

 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The subject project shall be considered the city gate for those who are coming from airport

and it will represent the connection chain between the Kingdom and Arabian Gulf with its

boundaries and port. The importance of the location is basically because it is easy to

approach there from Khobar, Dhahran, Sihat and Bahrain due to its location on the

intersections leading to such places. Likewise, the project location is also located within the

developmental growth planned for the City of Dammam.

 

LAND AREA:

The gate land consists of two parts on both sides of King Fahd road with total land area of

1,073,740 SQM.

 

PROJECT COMPONENTS:

The eastern gate master plan is distinguished with its green area, public gardens,

industrial lakes. The commercial plots are distributed on both sides of King Fahad

road which is considered the vital road of the entire area. Green areas have been

considered for all parts of the project.

 

COSTS:

The total cost of the project is approx. US$ 400 Million.

In the phase of design and master plan.
