Since Al-Oula Development Company is keen to participate in the most distinguished and unique projects in the region, it has concluded a partnership contract with Usus Company for Leisure and Tourism to enter a share of 20% in the Stargate Project held in Zaibel park in Dubai.

It is expected that the project generates wealth in both tourism and entertainment sectors in the Gulf region since it is the latest recreational tourist project in the region designed to be a real estate masterpiece that provides a recreational, educational and tourist environment that aims at developing the life of the individual and the community.

• Genius Idea

The Stargate Project is unique in both the idea and the execution method, in addition to its goals aiming at mixing knowledge with entertainment whereas the idea was introduced within a plan and a strategy to present a new method in the field of entertainment for the first time in the Middle East based on the studies and researches during the last years on the region’s needs of recreational means.

The latest technologies will be used in the management and maintenance of the project that will be built on an area covering 280 thousand feet in the shape of a spaceship with establishment costs estimated at 200 million AED.

• Integral Entertainment

The project provides integral entertainment for the individual and the family whereas it will contain a number of recreational and educational activities, in addition to sports activities, a commercial complex and a special group of entertainment utilities characterized with an innovative mixing design style in addition to the project’s unique architectural style with its lines inspired by the spaceships designs and materialized in a new and modern design.

Moreover, the Project will include a children academy and an “original” snow city that contains real snow falling at all times, however the city’s temperature will be 15 degrees Celsius and the games will be suitable for all age categories.
