• Unique Location:
The special location of the project’s land since it is located in the real urban zone of the high-class streets in the city has been a unique characteristic that can’t be replaced due to its position in the middle of the construction and the lack of vacant areas in the city or around it which makes it the only outlet for the constructional growth in this city with the highest demographic growth in the Kingdom.
The site is characterized with easy access whereas it is separated from the international road with Mushrif Street with 350 meters from the north. The land can be accessed from the following six different roads: from Al-Jawahara Street, from more than one road from the southern side, from the street 30 and 25, from Mushrif Street in the north, from street 60 and 25 from Sakaka road in addition to the main street bifurcating from the international road parallel to the Border Guard from the west.
The land is bordered from the north by the Border Guard Leadership, Mouchrif Street and Mouchrif Palace, from the west by a vacant plot of land, from the south by a governmental land and the current Al-Jawhara residential plan and from the east by a vacant plot of land and the old pilgrims’ city.
• Huge Area:
The project’s huge total area which is approximately 2660941.25 m2 (two million meters and six hundred and sixty thousand and nine hundred and forty one and twenty five centimeters approximately) has provided the investment diversity to the land in different usages whereas the level land’s nature and its elevation far from the rain sewers and waterways makes it an attraction to the people wishing to live in this region and enables it to become the heart of a new city in the region.
• Services and Utilities:
The availability of the basic services and all the vital utilities in Arar city, in addition to a health institute for boys and two for girls, the Technology College for Boys and a teachers training college for boys and another for girls has guaranteed for the project’s land a special future in investment in addition to its location next to 14 governmental residential streets (Al-Massayidiya Street, Al-Khalidiya Street, Al- Muhammadiyah Street, Al-Aziziya, Al-Rifa’, Al-Faysaliyah, Al-Salihiya, Al-Iskan, King Fahd Avenue, Badna, Al-Nasiriyah, Al-Rabwa, Al-Nassim) and 3 local residential streets (Al-Rawda, Al-Jawhara, Mushrif).
