Arab Real Estate Association

Within the scope of its social activities, Al-Oula Development declared during a meeting for the Arab cities’ governors its determination to establish an Arab Real Estate and Tourism Association that works on supporting the real estate and tourism works and searches for means to open the cooperation channels between the Arab countries and the members of this association in order to exchange expertise and successful experiences through this association.

Jeddah Municipality described the meeting as successful. Mr. Ayedh Al-Qahtani President of Al-Oula Development has mentioned that the objective behind the establishment of the association is to work on linking and exchanging expertise and experiences between the various Arab countries in order to improve both the real estate and tourism levels that are considered two major new comers to the Arab countries’ economies, in the purpose of attracting the biggest possible number of international investments under the presence of the World Trade Organization.

He also added that there are a number of success stories in the experiences of the Arab countries in both the real estate and tourism sectors that the Association is trying to transfer to the other Arab countries, apply as per the potentials of every country and use in order to deal with the requirements of these countries.
