Al-Oula’s First Production
Since Al-Thuraya Project was the first investment by Al-Oula Development Company, it was one of its best projects and has represented a fresh new start in the company’s record. This is the first plan located in the eastern part of Al-Doha Street in Dhahran and it fulfills the wishes of the investors in building residential units with multiple storeys for the purpose of selling or renting them.

The Project is characterized with its strategic location since it is located east of Al-Doha Street in Dhahran region that connects Al-Khobar and Al-Dammam and the various cities of the Eastern Province and is considered an important and vital center in which many big companies and important educational institutions build their headquarters. The significance of the Project was translated through its returns as subscription and liquidation were done within only 7 months. The plan’s area has reached more than 87 thousand square meters, comprising 70 plots of land, 7 of which are commercial investment plots and 63 are residential investment plots (4 storeys) divided into 2.195 shares with 40 m2 per common share and with a value of 13.640 riyals for the issuance share achieving a total revenue rate of 56.54%.
