Al-Oula Prize for Real Estate Creativity

Al-Oula Development launched the Oula Prize for Real Estate Creativity as an initiative aiming at encouraging the spirit of creativity and competition in order to contribute in boosting the level of real estate investment in the kingdom and increase its efficiency economically and socially.

The prize was set as an expression of a great sense of responsibility towards the pioneers in the real estate work and recognition of their efforts and special experiences in this field.

Al-Oula Development created incentives to support the development and continuity of the prize periodically. An independent committee composed of academics and specialized real estate people was created to determine the requirements, specifications and criteria of the prize that branches into five categories.

The Real Estate Man Price given to one of the pioneers in this field; Best Real Estate Company Prize; Special Real Estate Project Prize, a Prize granted to a Special Engineering Bureau, and a prize in the domain of Real Estate Research and Studies.
