Importance of the Exhibition:
The exhibition has witnessed a great success and was visited not only by businessmen but also by clients from all of the classes of the society whereas it has gathered many participations from various countries such as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar.
Moreover, the exhibition hosted the Egyptian stand and was characterized by the attendance of agents and representatives of Arab and international real estate companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in addition to the diversity of the participating sectors such as real estate companies, constructions and contracting companies, investment companies and offices, real estate studies and planning companies, real estate installment companies, holding companies, insurance companies, participating and planning residential compounds, real estate information, free zones, banks, financial and financing institutions, engineering and consultancy companies and offices, investment funds, interior design companies, real estate internet services companies, investment encouragement commissions, tourism encouragement board and the tourist real estate sector (hotels, tourist villages and products, leisure centers and parks).
Goal and Fruits of the Participation:
The participation of Al-Oula Development in this exhibition stems from the fact that the Eastern Province is the starting point of Al-Oula and has witnessed the start of its activities and the high levels it had reached in the local, Gulf and Arab real estate markets.
The company was capable of achieving a great success through its participation by concluding many successful transactions that have represented a high rate of the total number of transactions concluded during the exhibition. The exhibition’s transactions have included purchases, sales, developing and marketing contracts with more than SR 1.5 billion in addition to its success in presenting its ideas for the development of the real estate sector.
Al-Oula’s participation is mostly known for its call to establish a High Commission for Real Estate Development and its confirmation on the necessity to organize a regional assembly in the Kingdom in which the real estate experts from the various Arab countries will participate in order to discuss, coordinate and prepare the scientific studies and researches, improve the investment and find the adequate environments to fulfill the pursued goals.
